You can not write to your resources. The fact is that resources are part of an executable file that is in a location inaccessible for the current user ( Program Files ). Even if you move the file to a place available for recording, it still belongs to the running application and will be locked.
The correct developer-recommended place to write your data is Settings or a local file in %APPDATA%\<Имя вашего приложения> .
