The rule is set to redirect to php file

RewriteRule ^razdel-lala/$ razdel.php?t1=$1 

Is it possible to configure it so that the file is taken from a neighboring directory (not nested), as it were:

 RewriteRule ^razdel-lala/$ ../dir1/razdel.php?t1=$1
