I do a phpmyadmin dump of the local database, and load it through the same on the hosting, after clearing the base. But it's all long. Are there any solutions that allow to do this in one click?

You can make a php script that will check for changes in the tables, for example, by id and, if it is different, add new entries to the database on the hosting.
