Tell me, in what way can you save the letters that came from the site to the domain's mail and put them into the database? I know this is somehow implemented at the ticket system, when a new ticket is created when you receive a letter by mail.

  • The server is dedicated, can you customize your own mail service? If not selected, what protocols are available? POP3, IMAP? - cheops
  • It is not clear, you need to save the entire letters to the database and that they would give them imap / pop from the database to customers. Or need only information about the letters in the database? Personally, I have a standard delivery agent for the old evil sendmail replaced by my own perl script, which also puts some information in the database. - Mike
  • Honestly, I have already figured out that I need to use imap to receive letters, but for some reason I can’t get the letter body out. - Vladimir
