Is it possible to display on Chromecast a web page without a computer and without showing the screen of a smartphone? If so, how?

Theoretically, such an application can be developed, but so far no one has done so.
The main problem is that with any interactivity, for example, when the cursor moves, there will be a lag of a few seconds.
If you really need, you can use MHL, in which this restriction is not
Addition: MHL is not only mirroring, it is also possible to configure two independent screens. Presentation on this topic: http://www.slideshare.net/commonsguy/secondscreen-support-in-android-42/
If your web page is static, maybe it makes sense to use one of the Website Screenshot Generators and send the resulting picture to the TV.

    • I wrote in question that the demonstration of the screen of the smartphone does not fit. With MHL, you can only display the screen. And what side there Chromecast also do not understand. I'm going to display a page from a local server on Chromecast - ivan0biwan

As I understand, unfortunately, this is impossible

This is possible. Here is https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.myfknoll.cast.browser&hl=en

    • Maybe. But with some limitations. Look for example play.google.com/store/apps/… Unfortunately, neither Google nor Yandex downloads this application (X-Frames are not supported by Chromecast) - Oceinic
    • Cool, thank you very much. Now I know. Still source codes of this miracle or just to find out how it is implemented - ivan0biwan
