Created a project. Xcode, Cocoa, Swift (I don't think YaP matters)
Kinul Button and Label. Launched. Button and inscription in place.
Threw a WebView. Launched. Empty - no buttons, no labels, no WebView. I waited a bit, "smacked" the window back and forth (all of a sudden there were problems with redrawing). Still empty.
Removed webview. Launched. The button and the inscription again in place.
What could it be?
I worked with different browser engines, on different operating systems, platforms, and I have never seen anything like it.
And Google doesn't know either.
From experience with WinForms, one would assume that, by default, WebView fills the entire window and closes the controls.
But first, I tried Hidden, and nothing has changed.
Secondly, the Interface Builder shows that WebView has “fixed” coordinates, and does not fill the entire container.Third, how could Apple’s highly acclaimed designers admit that the window design in Interface Builder is so different from its appearance at launch, and is this in the Hello World level application? Is this what I should want to lick? :) And if I lick, WebView will appear? Does their redrawing mechanism work this way? Or is it somehow related to security (surfing through WebView), on the same principle as fingerprint scanning?
