Modern devices based on Android OS often have several network interfaces: GPRS +, Wi-Fi, Ethernet (if there is a usb-host and a corresponding whistle). Can these interfaces be active at the same time, and not in order of some priority?
For example, the tablet is connected as a control panel of some network or any device via ethernet / usb-rndis / wi-fi, and at the same time it has to communicate with a remote server via the Internet over 3G / wi-fi?
And is it possible to configure multiple interfaces on the same physical for some similar purposes? (For example, 192.168.0.xx for working as a web server, 2.3.4.xx for communicating with something else there). As far as I remember, usually in the settings of some Wi-Fi there is nothing like that.
