Everything is simple, when I am at the bottom of the list and pull from top to bottom to get to the top, I have this pull to refresh and not to get to the top, only if I pull up from the bottom, and without releasing my hand to pull it from the top (facepalm), like to make it work only if I'm at the top of the list?
