I installed Linux Mint KDE a long time ago, but today I installed another graphical shell sudo apt-get install lubuntu-desktop and installed lubuntu, which I expected, everything works flawlessly top but when you click on PrtSc, the screen does not appear as in other versions of Linux. How can I fix this? Of course, using shutter solves everything, but I would like a function

  • Are you sure that the screenshot is not done. In Lubuntu, by default, when you click PrtSc, the screen without notifications in the home directory is folded or in the image. - Andrew Hobbit

  • Having installed the lubuntu-desktop , you only change the working environment, your operating system is still Linux Mint and it is very different from Lubuntu! I do not advise you to put several DE on the working system, you are turning it into a garbage bin. - Beast Winterwolf

In Lubuntu, by default, when you click PrtSc , a screenshot without notifications in the home directory is added up or in images.

There are several options to take a screenshot:

  1. PrtScr + Shift
opens scissors + the ability to save to the specified address

  2. PrtScr + Shift + Ctr
the same, but without the photo saving interface
