    2. We need a dollar bill with the ability to receive dollars from abroad. Sberbank helped me in this (an account is opened for $ 5, which is an unremovable amount on the account. The account is called “Universal”). Gave a paper book on the passport details. Entered it in the account - the money came. Further, if you want convenience - you can issue a Sberbank card (for 780 rubles in one-time insurance. Then you can not pay it. You need a passport). With it, it is possible to transfer dollars to rubles in an online bank to a card and withdraw cash from an ATM card.
