It is necessary to implement such a layout. The main problem is that everything does not fit in one screen and you have to use ScrollView. A ListView and Scroll are contraindicated to each other. How to get out of this situation?

Just shove everything that scrolls into the list (and maybe you should already go to RecyclerView instead of ListView) and get rid of ScrollView. How to make several different types of lines for RecyclerView can be viewed for example here or here (in English) .
