Is it possible to implement in WinForms:

For example: there are 2 datagridview , in one list of cars, in another list of orders, so that you can drag a mouse from datagridview2 with orders one or more orders for one of the cars in datagridview1 , and after dragging, insert into database to follow the steps taken,

or, for example: in the order table before dragging, the id_truck field was empty, after dragging, update and inserted the id car on which the order was thrown. Is it real?
