The development process has to use the test site google-analyics.com which refers to a different one from the original ip.

But google-analyics.com is in the list of embedded HSTS sites and you cannot remove it from there using chrome: // net-internals / # hsts.

The option of using Firefox, where you can "Forget the site" in "about: permissions" also does not work, since this function was removed from it already.

Is there any way to still remove the site from Google Chrome from the preloaded list, telling it that I understand what I am doing)?

  • I don’t know the answer to the question, but I can suggest somehow to forge the ssl certificate for the site and feed the browsers with a fake root certificate (the one with which the site certificate is signed) as trusted can take a ride and will not need to be removed from hsts - andreymal
