At installation of components JCL, namely at start Install.bat the error takes off

rtl220.bpl is part of Delphi XE8 (the default is C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Embarcadero \ Studio \ 16.0)

Options:

  1. Damaged Delphi installation. For example, in the registry there are records about the IDE, but the IDE itself is not (or partially deleted). It is treated by reinstalling / repair / cleaning the registry.
  2. Problems with search paths. Locate rtl220.bpl and make sure that this folder (usually 32-bit C: \ Windows \ System32) is in the PATH environment variable. Do not forget to reboot.
