How it looks, may depend on the platform, you can create a web page and enter data in the browser, you can add a mobile application to enter quite beautifully on tablets, phones, and of course a lot of GUI libraries for desktop computers exist (maybe you better have an existing application like MS Excel or LibreOffice Calc should be used to enter tabular data, and then only the result will be fed to your script). - jfs
