Added on MainStoryBoard Label, TextField and Button.

Put them together.

When I launch the application in the simulator for a couple of seconds both Label and TextField and Button are visible. But literally two seconds after launch, they disappear and all I see is just a white background.

What to do?

    Judging by the screenshot, you put the items on the LaunchScreen . It appears for a short time when you start the application and is used, as a rule, to show some kind of logo / image / something else, not for interaction.

    Go to Main.storyboard and start creating the interface there.
