    The page itself, on which the manifest is added, always gets to the cache.

    And if you want to do something tricky on this page, you need to upload additional content via AJAX, while describing the addresses in NETWORK. And putting on the server appropriate.

    In general, this thing is designed for static caching. If you need for some reason not to cache the main page, then it is very likely that something went wrong.
