Now on the CentOS 7 server is apache and bind. When adding a domain, a config for the domain is created in bind, and the domain is also added to the DNSManager as a slave in order to use the NS hosts. This is an important point, you must use the NS-s hoster.

Question: is it possible to remove bind and add a domain only in DNSManager, but as master with indication of server IP. If so, will such a scheme work with subdomains?

I vote for the closure of this issue as not relevant topic, because the question should be addressed to the appropriate technical support. - aleksandr barakin 1:58 pm
  • No, @alexanderbarakin, you are wrong. With such logic can be accessed in those. php language support if php questions. The question is about a universal solution that is not tied to any hoster, I have more than 30 servers from different hosters and this solution is suitable for all of these servers, because nothing depends on the hosting settings, since this is not about hosting, but o CentOS (in minimal install), bind and DNSManager. - spart

If you do not know what DNSManager is, then why bother to say anything at all? If you sarcastic in this way, then you are not helping the cause with it, and in this case, I vote for the deletion of your comment. - spart

DNSmanager is just a domain name server control panel, i.e., in fact, it’s just a user-friendly interface. Accordingly, if you delete BIND - the domain name server will not work. You can delete it only in one case - if you plan to replace it with some other server.
