What is the analogue of Photoshop for Ubuntu, the main thing that could open psd and work with layers. Now I’m using assets.adobe.com as an alternative, but from 28.06 the main Extract function will turn off

Analogue of Photoshop on Ubuntu is GIMP. Needless to say, you need to get used to some things: something is not in it, something is done differently. But this is not a photoshop - it is a similar program. Like Ubuntu - this is not Windows - it makes no sense to compare.
PS: How meaningless the comparison is and for the price.
There is a GIMP Photoshop Tweaks package (licensed under the GPLv3 license), it completes the gimp to the photoshop state: the interface, hotkeys and the arrangement of windows and tabs. I did not notice much difference, everything is just like in cs6 for free and works faster.
Gimp is completely able to everything that you need. The interface is very similar to Photoshop. There are always a lot of manuals and video tutorials.
You can put VirtualBox, and on it Windows and Photoshop.
In theory, if the computer is up-to-date, you will not notice any slowdown in performance when working with a virtual machine ....
Put photoshop on wine and you will be happy
