For Eclipse installed the plugin "Eclipse Color Theme". I choose any topic - after restarting, the default theme always comes up.

I advise you to look at the plugin Jeeeyul's Eclipse Themes . Its main differences from Eclipse Color Theme (they are the advantages):
- Allows you to customize any interface elements, not just the editor window.
- All changes are applied right there, without restarting the IDE, without closing the settings dialog, and without unnerving confirmations.
- Allows you to import and immediately edit any of the themes available for the Eclipse Color Theme.
