My AppCompatActivity does not run full screen, even with embedded appcompat styles. I tested on an empty activity and when it is inherited from AppCompatActivity it also runs in a small area, but when inherited from an Activity everything works as it should. How do i fix this?
With the resolution of the emulator, apparently, this is in no way connected - the OS itself and other applications work on the whole screen, the dialogs and normal activities are also displayed normally. Unfortunately there is no physical device to check.
