I try to put the second day WDK (interested in windbg) on windows 8.1. Installed all important system updates, Visual Studio 15 community with windows sdk. WDK I take from the official site https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/hardware/windows-driver-kit . However, when installing, it indicates that 0 bytes of space are required, the installation is successful, but I don’t detect the coveted windbg.
Internet search did not find similar problems. How can this be fixed?
