What protocol do you want to connect to? If HTTP, then you do not need JDBC directly in Android, it should be on the server where you connect. If directly via TPC / IP, it should be understood that the connection of mobile devices to the network is unstable, the connection may be interrupted, have poor quality, low speed, etc. How do you plan to solve these problems? JDBC is not designed for such incidents. Regarding the question - you just need to add the JDBC library to your project.
