I do not understand what select SUM(E) means, but what prevents me from writing with ordinary type formulas:

 =если(МЕСЯЦ(СЕГОДНЯ())=7; [здесь указываем ячейку, если месяц = 7, ну или ссылку с этом самым label SUM(E)] ;0)

This option can only work for the current year.
