How to make @include in JavaScript for all addresses starting with, for example, exapmle.com/exam1/ ?

Those. So that the script works on all addresses of the type:
exapmle.com/exam1/?ask=2&spl=10&r=0ksdf2ho3832 ,
exapmle.com/exam1/?make=2&spl=10&r=zklsjfg78t ,
exapmle.com/exam1/?use=2&spl=10&r=fd578c2601 ,
exapmle.com/exam1/?check=2&spl=10&r=02394mqy8932 ,
exapmle.com/exam1/example12 ...

PS It is understood that this is a script for the browser, and not embedded in the site.

    It is necessary to specify the addresses in the @include field:

     @include http://example.com/exam1/* @include http://example.com/exam2/*

    then all addresses starting with this will be "active for the script".

    PS figured it out, went to delete the question ... apparently also wondered, once put "like", so he answered himself.
