I work through the console (VDS), I tied site.ru in the panel and now during the installation, follow the instructions to create a folder

$ mkdir myproject

Do I need to immediately specify the domain somehow or first create the folder myproject and then later transfer the project?

    If you omit the materiel, it is best to google a bunch of nginx, gunicorn and flask. In general, I suspect that you don’t understand what 127.0.0.1 is, what is 5000 and how the connection to the web server works? Then you'd better first read how the internet is organized :) - andmalmal
