Actually, there is an extension, it is redirecting from any page to a page with a picture. I need it to just stick over the page. I tried to attach to the elements, change the size, but it was molded as it is clear either down or hung on the background. How can I attach it over the page?

    At the very top of the page, add a div block with the image you want and work with the styles to display correctly. If you have something like a link to a picture on your site and it should appear at a certain action - use pop up, the benefit of the information on them is just a lot on the internet!
