The bottom line is that all pages like /katalog/atributika-i-suveniri/kruzhka-bla-bla-bla.html redirect to

 /katalog/atributika-i-suveniri/kruzhki/kruzhka-bla-bla-bla.html

Made such a redirect:

 RewriteRule ^(.*)/kruzhka-(.*)$ $1/kruzhki/kruzhka-$2 [R=301,L]

And of course, a cyclic redirection starts because of the second word kruzhka and something like this happens:

 /katalog/atributika-i-suveniri/kruzhki/kruzhki/kruzhki/.../kruzhki/kruzhka-bla-bla-bla.html

There is a solution?

    What is not an option?

     RewriteRule ^/katalog/atributika-i-suveniri/kruzhka-(.*)$ /katalog/atributika-i-suveniri/kruzhki/kruzhka-$1 [R=301,L]

You seize too much with regulars at the beginning of the line, while you have something to cling to: "kruzhka" and "kruzhki" make the line from the beginning to the variable part of the url different.
