The fact is that the page has several style files connected and because of one of them (bootstrap, with box-sizing: border-box), the button for opening the mobile menu is not displayed (if the window is less than 768 px). Please tell me how to do better? Here is the page http://apple36.ru/vashi-voprosy

box-sizing has two values: the content-box and the border-box .
The default value is for most content-box elements (yes, there are exceptions of type select ), but it is much more convenient to use a border-box .
In order to return the default value for the element of interest, you can set the box-sizing: content-box .
Well, you can remember the keywords initial and unset . Only with them you have to be careful. And in this case it makes no sense to use them.

if you want to disable for a particular block, then register it in box-sizing styles: content-box; and all :)
but to fix your bug you need .mean-container a.meanmenu-reveal {width: 22px; height: 22px; padding: 13px 13px 11px 13px; position: absolute; top: 0; right: 0; cursor: pointer; color: #fff; text-decoration: none; font-size: 16px; text-indent: -9999em; line-height: 22px; font-size: 1px; display: block; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: 700; } replaced by
