In general, I have VDS with the centos panel and isp manager, the domain is already screwed too. At the root is the file index.html . When I site.ru/index.html site site.ru/index.html all the rules, and when I site.ru just site.ru I site.ru transferring it to the main hosting page, or I get an error 403. What can a problem beat? Where and what to rule, tell knowledgeable people. I would be very grateful to you for your help, otherwise I’ve already started Google with my requests.

Try to create a .htaccess file in the root of the domain folder, or add to the existing one. It is necessary to add the line:
DirectoryIndex index.html Not sure what will help - if not, most likely a crooked Apache is configured.
