When you try to install the interpreter, Python 3.5.2 throws an error in the installer and it gives an error: 0x80240017. In the logs I found the following lines with an error: Error 0x80240017: Failed to execute MSU package.

You can try installing Universal C Runtime, and then installing Python 3.5. Here is the link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2999226
