When you run from the editor everything is OK. However, the resulting build loses the ability to render Cyrillic. Instead, just blank lines are output. From what managed to google, the encoding of the .cs files was checked, all utf-8. There was another font just in case, although the standard one supports Cyrillic characters. As well as International dll'ki, which are used for the editor (everything is all right there) were linked to the project. None of this, unfortunately, helped.

    My mistake. The problem was that you only need to install your own fonts in OnGUI, otherwise nothing will change.
