I installed arch linux, trying to install the http://papyros.io/ shell, I do everything according to the http://papyros.io/download/ documentation. error appears on pacman -Syu stage 
What could be the problem?

Yet obvious. Papyros - is in alpha development. And http://dash.papyros.io/repos/ - does not open even through the browser. It turns out, the guys have repositories broken. We can't do anything here.
