Free archiver 7zip (console version) helped, with a hint

(I express my gratitude to him for the help) the following console script matured:

 for %f in (*.zip) do 7z x %f 

execute from under the command line being in the directory with zip-files and use the e option instead of x if you do not need to follow the nesting of internal archives directories. If the 7z utility is not registered in the path system variable, you can simply put it in the directory with zip files.
