It is important that after the Sharing social networks perceive the text descriptions (or attached to the Sharing image with a set hashtag) and can highlight the hashtags in them, making links.

    VKontakte can parse hashtags in the title:

    <meta property="og:title" content="Заголовок страницы #hashtag" />

    Facebook does not know how to do this, but it allows you to specify the hashtag with the link parameter for sharing:

     https://www.facebook.com/sharer.php?src=sp&u=https%3A%2F%2Fya.ru&hashtag=%23hashtag

    Block "Share" does not yet know about this parameter, but soon we will teach him.
