Hello! Interested in a question about the license, which prohibits the distribution of the source code of the program in any form.

There is a small project that we work on as a team, and I don’t want any person from the team to do it for any good reason (no activity in the project, breaking the rules, etc.) "throw out" from the team. Our team is nowhere and in no way registered, everything rests only on trusting relationships, but anything can happen, so I would like to be safe

If anyone has a license text, I would be grateful if they shared it.

It would also be nice to have a version in English, since the entire project was executed on it (comments, bug tracking, etc.)

Наша команда нигде и никак не зарегистрирована, все держится только на доверительных отношениях, unlikely to be accepted by the court when considering a case of authorship. - Visman

Harmful advice: put all the sources under the GPL, then you will not need to steam because someone else puts them out (like a joke)) - insolor

if you have a leader, then you can copy all the code on him, if he goes mad and quarrels with you, however, you will be left without anything - strangeqargo

But how are you going to determine that you threw someone out of the team, and not this one threw all the rest? - Grundy
  • @strangeqargo "Leader" is me. And do not tell me exactly how to do it? What license is needed in this case? NOT Open-Source - leon0399
