What is the problem?

The problem was in the missing tags on packagist .
Here is the corresponding Issue: https://github.com/symfony/symfony/issues/19376
    And associated with it: https://github.com/symfony/symfony/issues/19375

    I will quote Tobion :

See it like: https://packagist.org/packages/symfony/http-foundation git https://github.com/symfony/http-foundation/tags

    Packagist eg https://packagist.org/packages/symfony/yaml

The problem is solved, the guys from Gitter, by Laravel, helped to figure it out, although it is not clear what happened, but everything was set in the end.

      • So what exactly did you do? - VenZell
      • Perhaps the problem was that you described above, but it seemed to me that I had a problem because of the Selinux enabled on the server, turned it off and everything was installed normally. - Alexander
