Interested in open services for checking the presence of ip in the "black" lists. Since the program check is planned, the service should be without artificial delays (in a couple of seconds) and captch. Of course, I would like it to go through the current lists (and the service checked out several lists, and not one at a time). Is there such?

- Black lists can be by different criteria. For example, various RBL sheets are actively used in spam filtering. Including ip from which often goes spam, there are check lists for open proxies and incorrectly configured mail relays and much more. RBL checks performed via DNS - Mike
- I do not know what you mean by "black lists". For some reason it seems to me that this is somehow related to Roskomnadzor, but it has no influence on me. - KoVadim
- @Mike interested in ip, from which 1) spam may come; 2) attack the server. - user212277
