When creating a new class, IDEA generates certain standard text in the form of a comment. How to change / disable creation?

settings -> Editor -> File add Code Templates and there will be a list of files and templates applied to them .. and there you are already editing the templates when you create as you wish, you had to write a template in English in the search ;-)
