I wrote indexing logs recording which bot went to which page (so that there were no questions asked)

And I constantly notice that Google, Yandex bot access such links.

https://site.ru/?C=N;O=D https://site.ru/?C=S;O=A

But what are these links? Usually these GET parameters change their content, the site was written personally, and there is no such provided, the site is completely clean and does not have malicious code when clicking on the link is the same as https://site.ru/ since the parameters are not used anywhere, the server on nginx maybe a problem in it?

And also the site has user profiles, links to them https://site.ru/uidТУТНОМЕРINT , they are open for indexing, but there have been cases that yandex followed links that do not exist, for example, only 6 users and it comes to https://site.ru/uid127
