There is an RDL report created by the report builder, the report is generated, uploaded to excel and sent to a number of company executives. The report is essentially a bare SQL query just neatly visualized in the report builder. The question is, with the help of what (maybe a script or a batch file), or how can you automatically create a ready-made excel data file and automatically send it by email? And what would it all work on the scheduler or Jobe. I am self-taught c # and php.
- on php for example with this phpexcel.codeplex.com you can generate xls and there if you have a question about a specific code, write. - Naumov

- Why is this? php.net/manual/ru/ref.pdo-dblib.php can also be on c # stackoverflow.com/questions/151005/… - Naumov

By keywords - report builder and rdl, I assume that you are talking about MS Reporting Services.
If this is the case, then uploading the report to the Reporting Server, you can right there configure Sheduler to send reports to the mail on a specific schedule.
As documentation - classically - I recommend MSDN:
https://technet.microsoft.com/ru-ru/library/ms159762(v=sql.105).aspx
- Thank you very much, you understood correctly. Will I be able to send the report immediately to excel or does it just send the link to the report? - Winteriscoming
- I did not use this mechanism, but when I studied it, I seemed to be able to send Excel right away as an attachment. Take a look and try to check. - minamoto
