Installed Ruby, then did the instructions on the command line:

  1. gem install sass
  2. gem install compass
  3. d:
  4. cd FrontEnd - my project folder
  5. compass init

All these operations are done, there were folders, files in my project. I went to the sass / screen.scss folder and there were problems, Sublime sees it as a regular Notebook document, that is, the scss extension is open through "All Files" - I was looking for the .scss extension - I did not find it. What I just did not try to do, I can not fix this problem. I will send a screen for clarity

For the backlight, you need the Sass plugin for the sub-line https://packagecontrol.io/packages/Sass
