Recently installed a local server on the computer, but noticed that PHPMyAdmin does not start, giving an error
# 2002 - No connection could be refused. <br /> The server is not responding (or the MySQL server's local socket is incorrectly configured).

Got in mysql.log there gives such lines:

    Is the InnoDB tablespace damaged, did it not do anything manually? Crash preceded by some operations with MySQL, can be restored database? - cheops
