Created a web-project, without initially adding a web application module, then manually adding a new module to the project. There were no problems until it came to launching the application. For some reason, the structure on the screen below is not correct, there are no necessary folders (WEB-INF) 
Because of this, the stack trace throws out a ClassNotFoundException error. Can you somehow neatly make the structure correct without creating a new project?
