Found information about the Mobile Detect class, which determines the mobile device or not. I checked on a pair of available devices - everything adequately determines. The question is ... whether there are pitfalls and determines whether with 100% of cases. I would not like to re-do the layout after a couple of months. Thanks in advance for the answers.
