I can not attach the Android debugger to the Android process. When I go to select a process, my phone appears there, but no processes appear, when I click on "Show all processes", then the processes do not appear and the "OK" button still does not become active. enter image description here

Android Monitor displays "No debuggable Applications"

I try to type " adb kill-server " in the Terminal, but it gives me: "adb" is not an internal or external command, an executable program or a batch file. "

I tried to do Clean Project, Rebuild Project, as well as on the phone itself to disconnect and enable USB debugging again, but still without results.

Who will advise what?

PS: I also read this article , but it did not help me because the terminal does not accept the adb kill-server command

You need to fix the paths in your OS, the system so that the commands from under the WIn terminal are perceived. - Shwarz Andrei

If the whole problem comes down to the fact that you just can’t call the adb kill-server command, then the solution lies here esausilva.com/2010/10/02/… ... - Kirill Stoianov
