If you want to reinstall Windows without losing data, then they should be transferred to disks (hard drives, flash drives, etc.). You also need to have at least 2 hard drives, so that it will be easier to reinstall later.

So. First, you need to download the ISO image of the required version of Windows and burn it to a USB flash drive using a program, for example, ultraiso. Then you reboot the computer with the USB stick inserted in it and boot from it (the boot priority can be set in BIOS). Well, then do everything according to the instructions on the screen.
