This question has already been answered:

Switched the project to release mode, built the project.
After that, the resulting exe-файл required one dll-файл - libgcc_s_dw2-1.dll
I found the corresponding dll-файл in the folder of the current MinGw 5.3.0 32bit compiler, added it to the project folder.
As a result, an error is 0x000007b .

    As it turned out, it was enough to see exactly what the Qt debugger loads. There are many libraries with the same name in Qt, while the version is one.
