Recently struggled with the problem of freezing applications using OpenCL. The problem was solved by installing an older version of the driver for Intel HD Graphics 4600. Now there is a problem with Photoshop being unable to use the 3D capabilities. Some filters are also inactive. All the drivers just updated, the problem has not disappeared. Photoshop reinstalled.     The problem for Photoshop is solved by installing all permissions for photoshop.exe in the Nvidia Control Panel
