There is also a free lunacy service . It works offline too.

At the moment, I know of three popular solutions - Avocode , Zeplin and Sympli .

I personally worked only with Zeplin. This is a web service (and from June-July 2016 - also a webkit-based application, under windows), through which you can share your work in Sketch. It is to share, but not open the sketch-files.

    It works like this:

    • The author of the sketch layouts, c OS X, is registered in Zeplin and adds layouts there
    • Other people can now log into Zeplin in the account of the author of the layouts and view them.

Probably, you need to contact the author of the layouts, with OS X on the computer, and ask him to arrange for you to access his layouts in Zeplin (or a similar service).

    • And the other two can just open the files (not in the know)? - HamSter

@ElenaSemenchenko, Briefly: Avocode can now . In detail: In all cases, the conversion of .sketch files to the service's own format is in .sketch . All three services use their own Sketch plugins for this - with their help they open the file to be added in the sketch, and through the sketch get the layout structure and parameters of all elements. It works only in OS X, because it is. only on this platform is a sketch. But, more recently, Avocode allows you to upload .sketch files to them on the server. And they will process it on their own servers running OS X. Therefore, yes, you can add files to any OS in Avocode. - Vitaly Emelyantsev

In addition to the above, there is also Figma , in which you can import. Sketch file and work with it.

They also mentioned Lunacy , the developers of which state that they added support for the new Sketch 43 file format.
